Users
Everything stays on this computer. There are no passwords: pick a user from the switcher at the top right to act as them. Roles decide what each user can do with files. Only admins can add, edit or remove users.
Admin
Full access. Can manage users and every file.
Editor
Can create files and edit their own and shared files.
Viewer
Read-only. Can open and preview files, but not change them.
